So, today I’m gonna share something kinda silly but fun I did – I built a Justin Bieber Build-A-Bear! Yep, you heard that right.
It all started when I stumbled upon some old news about this pop star, Justin Bieber. You know, that Canadian singer who got famous super young? Apparently, he had a Build-A-Bear made after him at some point, and I got curious. Was it still a thing? Could I actually get my hands on one?
I started poking around online, checking out if there are some resources from fans. It took a little time because it’s not a new item, but finally, I found that he did have some merch made with them! I saw a picture, and it was a brown bear. I don’t know if it is still available at the store, but it doesn’t matter.
I dashed to my local Build-A-Bear. I went straight to the bear section, looking for a brown bear that looked similar to the one I saw in the picture. Found one! It’s not exactly the same, but close enough. It’s a 15-inch brown bear, kinda cute, not gonna lie. So I grabbed it and decided to make my own Justin Bieber bear.
The next step was to dress him up. I remember seeing something about a “Purpose World Tour” jacket, so I asked the staff if they had anything like that. They didn’t, sadly. So, I just browsed their collection. I mean, it’s all about getting creative, right?
I picked out a tiny little jacket, it doesn’t have the word, but it will do the job. It’s more about the spirit of the thing, you know? I even added some extra accessories, just to make it more “Bieber-ish.” It’s kinda like playing dress-up, but with a bear. Super fun, if you ask me.
After I picked everything out, I went through the whole Build-A-Bear process. You know, the stuffing, the heart ceremony, all that jazz. It’s kinda cheesy, but also kinda heartwarming. I named him “Bieber,” obviously. There is a paper you need to fill out for this little guy. Then you pay for it at the cashier.
The Result
- The Bear: A standard 15-inch brown bear. Not the official one, but it works.
- The Outfit: A mix-and-match of what I could find. It’s got a jacket.
- The Experience: Honestly, pretty fun. Felt like a kid again.
