Okay, so I’ve been dealing with these dark circles under my eyes for like, forever. I finally decided to do something about it and went on a hunt for a good concealer. After trying out a bunch of different ones, I stumbled upon the Lancome Effacernes Waterproof Protective Undereye Concealer. I was like, “Let’s give this a shot.”
First off, I picked out the right shade. They have a ton of options, which is awesome but also kind of overwhelming. I ended up going with a shade that seemed pretty close to my skin tone. Once I got it home, I prepped my under-eye area. You know, just my usual routine – cleaned my face, moisturized, and all that jazz.
Application Time
Next, I applied a tiny bit of the concealer under my eyes. I used my ring finger because I heard it’s the gentlest. I gently patted it in, making sure not to rub or pull on the skin. This stuff is pretty thick, so a little goes a long way. After that, I blended it out. I made sure there were no harsh lines or anything like that. It blended pretty easily, which was a relief.
The Wear Test

Throughout the day, I kept checking to see how it was holding up. I have to say, I was pretty impressed. It stayed put pretty much all day long, even through some sweat and humidity. That’s a big win for me! But I also tried a bit of eye shadow primer to apply before the concealer, it did even better.

I also noticed that it didn’t crease as much as other concealers I’ve used. It did a decent job of evening out my skin tone, which is great.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with this concealer. It covered up my dark circles nicely and lasted all day. Plus, it’s waterproof, so that’s a bonus.
