So, I stumbled upon this cool idea to make a zodiac-themed watch face, and I thought, why not give it a shot? I’m no watch expert, but I love a good DIY project.
First, I doodled some rough sketches. I wanted something simple, with the zodiac symbols arranged around the dial. My drawing skills are, let’s just say, “rustic,” but it was enough to get the basic idea down.
Next, I needed some graphics.I could create a face where the zodiac symbols correspond to each hour of the day.I searched for some free-to-use zodiac symbol images.I found it.
Playing with the Layout
With the images in hand, I started playing around.I decide all images to use,I try different position,until I get the right position,and I think it is perfect for me.
Putting It All Together
I choose black background,it looks very cool,and then I think the color for image,gold is the best,I really like it.
The Final Result
And there you have it! My very own zodiac watch . It’s not perfect,It is simple,but all from my hands, and I made it! I’m pretty stoked with how it turned out. It’s a fun little conversation starter, and a reminder of my zodiac.
