Okay, so I’ve been seeing “Delina Parfums de Marly” EVERYWHERE lately. All the perfume girlies on social media are obsessed, so I had to get my hands on it and see what the hype was all about.

First, I ordered a small sample online. I didn’t want to commit to a full bottle without knowing if I’d even like it, you know?
When the sample arrived, I was immediately struck by the packaging. Even the tiny sample vial was pretty! It’s this soft pink color, very feminine and luxurious-feeling.
Then came the moment of truth – the first sniff. My initial reaction was, “Wow, this is strong.” It’s definitely a noticeable fragrance. I sprayed a tiny bit on my wrist and let it settle for a few minutes.
- Top notes that I could smell are like, fruity and sweet, maybe Lychee, and some rhubarb.
- After a while,I get this beautiful, almost creamy rose. That’s gotta be the Turkish rose I’ve heard so much about.
- The dry-down is where it gets really * turns warm and a little bit musky.
My Experience
I wore Delina for a full day to really test it out. I got several compliments, mostly from other women. My husband said it smelled “nice,” but he’s not really a perfume guy, so I don’t put much stock in his opinion, haha!
The scent lasted pretty much all day. I could still smell it faintly on my wrist when I went to bed. That’s some serious staying power!
Overall, I totally understand the obsession now. It’s a really unique and beautiful fragrance. It’s definitely a “special occasion” scent for me, not something I’d wear every day. It feels very luxurious and sophisticated.
I’m still debating whether to splurge on the full bottle. It’s pretty pricey, but a little goes a long way. Maybe I’ll put it on my birthday wish list!
