- Paris Workshops: To be official, these fashion houses need to have a workshop (an ‘atelier’) in Paris that employs a certain number of full-time skilled people.
- Exclusive Club: Only a handful of fashion houses actually meet these strict criteria and get the official designation. Big names you’ve probably heard of, but it’s a short list.
