Okay, here’s my blog post about my experience with Van Cleef & Arpels:

So, I’ve been eyeing those Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra necklaces for, like, forever. You know, the ones with the cute little clovers? I finally decided to take a closer look, and let me tell you, it was a whole process.
The Boutique Visit
First, I booked an appointment at the boutique. I felt kind of fancy doing that, but honestly, it’s pretty much necessary if you want any real attention. The place was super posh, all marble and velvet. It was a bit intimidating, to be honest!
Once inside, a sales associate greeted me. She was very polite, very… polished. I told her I was interested in the Alhambra collection, specifically the necklaces. She showed me a bunch of different options. Different sizes, different materials… it was a little overwhelming.
- Vintage Alhambra: This is the classic size, the one you see most often.
- Sweet Alhambra: This one is smaller, more delicate.
- Magic Alhambra: This one is bigger, more of a statement piece.
And the materials! Gold, mother-of-pearl, onyx, diamonds… so many choices! I tried on a few different ones, trying to figure out what I liked best. It’s hard to decide when everything is so sparkly and pretty.
Making the Decision (aka the Hard Part)
I finally decided on vintage size. After looking and thinking for a while, I decided that this one is the most classic size that will never out of date.

After I selected the size, I still need to choose the materials. The sales associate showed me lots of styles, some of them are limited edition! I was so exciting about that!
The Purchase and Beyond
Actually, I didn’t buy any of them at the boutique. I need to go home and think about it carefully! I did some research online to check the price and styles, finally, I purchased it online.
Finally, the package arrived! Opening the box was such a thrill. I was very satisfied with what I’ve chosen!
It was definitely a splurge, but hey, sometimes you gotta treat yourself, right? I hope this might help you!
