Okay, so I was super curious about where my Burberry trench coat was actually made. I mean, it’s such an iconic piece, and I wanted to know its origin story. So, I started my little investigation.
Digging into Burberry’s Manufacturing
First, I grabbed my coat and checked the label inside. It said “Made in Italy” . that make me feel good.
I still wanna know detail, so I went to the web, just some general searching about “where is Burberry manufactured”.
I spent sometimes read though many articles, and found out some factories may located in different countries. and also have their suppliers.
Then I understood some of their stuff is still made in England，especially the heritages, and most made in Italy.
My Conclusion (For Now!)
It seems like Burberry has workshops and also working with other partners.
Well, I’m pretty happy with what I found. It’s cool to see the history. My little research project was a success!
