Okay, so I’ve been eyeing the Tissot PRX for a while now. You know, that watch with the integrated bracelet that everyone’s been talking about? I finally decided to pull the trigger and get one. Here’s how it all went down.

First, I spent ages online just looking at pictures and videos. Seriously, hours! I was going back and forth between the blue dial and the black dial. The blue is super cool, but the black is, you know, classic.
The Hunt
I checked out a few different places online, but eventually, I decided to go to a local store. I just wanted to see it in person, feel the weight, you know?
So, I walked into the store, and there it was! They had both the blue and the black, and also the Powermatic 80 version and quartz version. I tried them both on. The blue was definitely popping, but something about the black dial just felt…right.
Making the Decision
- First impression: Wow, this thing feels solid! It’s not too heavy, but it definitely has some presence.
- The bracelet: Super comfortable! It just kinda flows around your wrist.
- The dial: Clean and simple. I love the way the light catches those indices. And at last, I chose Powermatic 80 version.
After trying it on a few times, playing with the clasp (which is really nice, by the way), I knew I had to have it. I went with the black dial Powermatic 80 version.
Living with the PRX
I’ve been wearing it for a few weeks now, and I gotta say, I’m loving it. It’s become my everyday watch. It looks great with jeans and a t-shirt, but I could also totally wear it with a suit.

It’s just a really versatile, well-made watch. I’m super happy I finally got it. If you’re thinking about getting one, I say go for it! You won’t regret it.
