Just had to share my messy adventure with that fancy fashion website today. Took notes because honestly? Figured some of you might save hours by avoiding my stumbles.

First Try Was a Disaster
Opened the laptop feeling all confident. Typed in the site name – bam, homepage hits me with crazy animations. Models walking, colors flashing…felt dizzy already. Searched for a simple “shirt” section. Nothing. Clicked “Collections” instead. Big mistake. Just saw runway pics floating everywhere, no actual clothes to buy.

Things That Tripped Me Up:
- No damn search bar at first glance
- Huge pics but tiny “Shop This Look” links
- Kept clicking models hoping it’d zoom…nope, dead end
Seriously thought about closing the tab. But stubborn me clicked that hamburger menu (three lines thingy) tucked in the top corner. Finally found categories!
Getting Stuff Done
Filtering felt like hacking the CIA. Found this tiny “Filter” button under mountains of photos. Clicked it – filters slid in from the side. Ticked “Size M” and “Blue”. Pressed apply. Whew. Page refreshed showing only blue size M stuff. Small wins!
Saw a killer silk blouse. Clicked it. Instead of product details, got another video background. Scrolled like crazy before spotting the “Details” tab hidden below. Material? Care instructions? Yep, buried there. Saved a piece to my wishlist using the tiny heart icon by the price tag.

The Login Nightmare
Forgot password after closing Chrome tabs. Went to login, password incorrect. Clicked “Forgot Password?” Email arrived way later. Reset link took me back but insisted I needed an SMS code too. Seriously? Gave my phone number, got the code, punched it in. Finally got inside my account.

Big Lessons:
- Click that small menu button early – saves headache
- Details hiding under video? Keep scrolling like mad
- Bookmark items immediately – easier than browsing again
- Reset password requires both email AND phone – pain, but necessary
Took three password attempts but snagged the blouse during checkout. Ticked “Save payment for next time” box before hitting pay. Worth it. Site felt confusing as heck at first, but digging around paid off. Learned the hard way so hopefully you won’t have to.
