Okay, so today I wanted to try out something called “glam by candy.” It sounded fun and looked pretty, so I just jumped right in.
Getting Started
First things first, I needed to get all the stuff together. I didn’t really know what I was doing, but I figured I’d start with the basics. I grabbed some makeup brushes, you know, the fluffy ones and some smaller ones for details. Then I went for the colors.
Picking the Colors
This “glam by candy” thing seemed all about bright, fun colors, like a candy store. I picked out a bunch of eyeshadows: a bright pink, a sparkly blue, and a shiny gold. I also grabbed some lipsticks in red and pink, ’cause why not?
The Messy Part
Now came the time to actually put this stuff on my face. I started with the eyeshadow. I used the fluffy brush to put the pink all over my eyelid. It was way brighter than what I usually wear, but hey, it’s “glam by candy,” right? Then I tried to put the blue on the outer corners of my eyes. That was a bit tricky, and I definitely got some on my cheeks. Oops.
I used a smaller brush to add some gold to the inner corners of my eyes. That actually looked pretty cool, like I had little bits of sunshine there.
Lipstick Time
I decided to go all out and put on the bright red lipstick. I tried to be careful, but I still got a little outside the lines. I used a tissue to clean it up, but it kinda smudged. Oh well.
Finishing Touches
- I put on some mascara to make my eyelashes look longer. That always makes me feel a little bit fancy.
- Then I tried to do something with my eyebrows. I used a brow pencil to fill them in a bit, but I think I made them too dark. They looked kinda funny, but I just went with it.
The Final Look
So, there I was, all done up in “glam by candy.” It was definitely… something. My face was super colorful, and I had sparkles everywhere. It wasn’t perfect, but it was fun to try something new. I took a bunch of selfies, of course, and even though I looked a little crazy, I felt kinda glamorous, like a piece of candy that came to life.
Would I do it again? Maybe. It was a good way to spend an afternoon, and I learned a bit about playing with makeup. Plus, it’s always good to step outside your comfort zone, even if it means ending up looking like a rainbow exploded on your face.
Next time I will make it better, I think so.

I think I should take more photos next time, to record my makeup process, yeah.
It is really good experience.
