So, I’ve been meaning to take a closer look at my Rado watch for a while now. It’s a beautiful piece, but I haven’t really examined it in detail. Today, I finally decided to do it.
First, I got the watch out of its box. I’ve had it for a couple of years, and honestly, I mostly just wear it without thinking too much about it.
Initial Observations

The Case: I started by inspecting the case. I wiped it down with a soft cloth to get a better look. It’s got a nice, polished finish, and I noticed a few very minor scratches, nothing major, just the usual wear and tear.

The Crystal: Then I looked at the crystal – the glass part. It’s perfectly clear, no blemishes that I could see. I tapped it gently, and it felt really solid.

The Dial: I focused on the dial next. It’s a pretty clean design, easy to read. The hands are sleek, and the hour markers are simple and elegant. I rotated the watch to catch the light at different angles, just to appreciate the details.

I then spent some time really studying the back of the * back is solid, and the whole thing feels well-made.
Overall, I was just enjoying the process of getting to know my watch a little better. It’s a simple thing, but it’s nice to appreciate the craftsmanship and design.I should probably do this more often!
