Okay, so I had this crazy idea to dig up everything I could find on 10957 Bellagio Road, Bel Air, CA. You know, just one of those random curiosity rabbit holes I fall down sometimes. Here’s how it all went down.
First, I fired up my good old trusty search engine. Just typed in the address, plain and simple. Initially I just get a bunch of real estate listings. You know, the usual stuff: price, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms – the basic stats.
But I wanted more than just the surface-level details. I wanted the juicy stuff, the history! So, I started playing with my search terms. I added things like “history,” “owner,” and even “news” to the address.
This is where things got interesting. I stumbled upon some old articles mentioning previous owners.I also dug into property tax records, which are publicly available, it is not easy but not that diffcult. This helped me piece together a timeline of ownership, going back several decades.
Then, I tried to visualize the place.I switch to satellite view,to take my own view, so that I could get a bird’s-eye view of the property and the surrounding area.
I wasn’t done yet,I wanted find something * took some time, but I find something about the neighbor’s complian and record.
