You know what? These young folks today, they all crazy about them black and red Jordans lows. My grandson, he won’t stop talking about them. Says everyone’s wearing them. What’s the big deal? They just shoes, right?
But, I guess they kinda special. He showed me some pictures online. Said they called Air Jordan 1 Low. Sounds fancy, don’t it? Like some kinda airplane shoes or something. I saw some other ones, too, like the Jordan 11. They all look the same to me, with the red and the black, but my grandson, he say they different. They got like, this shiny part, and some kinda special material. Ballistic mesh, he called it. Sounds like somethin’ from a war movie! This make it one of the greatest Air Jordan sneakers.
These shoes, they for playing basketball, I think. Or maybe golf? One of them websites said something about golf. Who plays golf in these shoes? Seems kinda silly to me. Back in my day, we just wore whatever shoes we had. Didn’t matter if they was black or red or green. Just as long as they didn’t have holes in ’em!
My grandson, he keep sayin’ he want a pair for Christmas. He say they gonna be the Air Jordan 11 “Black Red Grey” in December 2025. Says it’s the most important shoes. I don’t know about that. Anyway, I looked them up online, these black and red Jordans lows, and they sure are expensive! More than 150 dollars! For shoes! Can you believe that? Back in my day, we’d be lucky to get a new pair of shoes for 5 dollars. And we’d wear them ’til they fell apart.
They come in different sizes, I saw. And different colors, I guess. But the black and red Jordans lows, them’s the ones everyone wants. Red and black, that’s the color, all right. My grandson, he showed me where to buy ’em. Some store online. Lots of other shoes there, too. Nike, Jordan, adidas, all them fancy names. It’s all a big fuss, if you ask me.
I remember when the first Air Jordan 1 red and black came out. It was 1985! Long time ago. They were popular then, too. Seems like some things never change. Young folks always wanting the newest thing. They been popular all over the world. I guess these shoes, they more than just shoes. They like a status symbol or something. You wear these black and red Jordans lows, and you’re somebody. Or at least, that’s what my grandson thinks.
The website said that you gotta check each product page. Each page! For shoes! And the price, it changes, too! Depends on the size and the color. It’s all so complicated. Why can’t they just make one shoe, one price? That’s what I say.
Anyways, I guess I’ll have to get my grandson a pair of these black and red Jordans lows. He’s been a good boy. Maybe I’ll get him the ones with that fancy mesh. The ballistic one. He’ll be happy. And that’s all that matters, right?
