And what do you know! She did. It wasn’t all just drama with Nicholson. Turns out, Anjelica Huston married a fella named Robert Graham. This was back in May 1992, from what I could gather. So, a couple of years after the whole Nicholson saga officially ended.
This Graham guy, he wasn’t in the movie scene like her. He was a sculptor. I find that kinda neat, a different world. They apparently lived in this really interesting place in Venice, Los Angeles. And doing a tiny bit more digging, I saw he’d been married before himself and had a son from that. So, he had his own history too, just like most folks.
It’s funny, isn’t it? You have these big public relationships that everyone talks about, like her and Jack. And then sometimes, the real, long-term commitment happens more quietly, with someone completely different. Just goes to show, there’s usually more to the story than what hits the headlines. I also remembered reading, just as a side note, that during one of her breaks from Nicholson, way back in the late 70s, she was involved with Ryan O’Neal for a bit. Man, Hollywood lives, eh?
