This here thing, Who Decides War, they had a show in New York, you know. That big city. Spring/Summer 2025, they call it. Fancy words for clothes, I reckon.

Fancy Clothes in the Big City
They got all these clothes, ripped up jeans and what not. Distressed denim, that’s what they say. Sounds like they just dragged ’em behind a truck to me. But folks seem to like it. This Who Decides War, they been doing this a while, I guess. Six years making these clothes. Started with something called Ev Bravado. Then they changed the name. Don’t know why, but they did.
This year, they called the whole thing “X”. Like the letter. Ten collections, they say. Must be doing somethin’ right to be at it that long. They got this fella, Cash Cobain, to start the show. And some school kids, Frank Sinatra School of the Arts. Never heard of ’em, but they must be good if they’re in that big show.
Ripped Jeans and Fancy Names
They got this Ev guy and his partner, Tela D’Amore. They’re the ones behind all this. They look at how the clothes hang, they call it drapery. And how it feels, texture. And patterns, like them old quilts my grandma used to make. But fancier, I suppose. They care about that stuff, how it all goes together, you know. How it fits in with everything else, how folks wear it.
- Ripped up jeans
- Fancy names for clothes
- Been doing this six years
- “X” is what they called it this time
- Ev and Tela are the bosses
Who Decides War S/S 2025, they sure made a splash in New York. Folks are talkin’ about it. Like it’s some big, important thing. Maybe it is. Fashion, they call it. These clothes tell a story, I guess. Even them ripped up jeans.
What’s It All Mean?
This ain’t like other clothes makers, they say. This is different. They got a way of doin’ things, these Who Decides War folks. They think about things, you know. What it all means. Why they make the clothes the way they do. It ain’t just about sellin’ stuff, it is more than that. I heard someone saying it is a “testament to the transformative power of fashion”. Sounds too big words, but they mean this cloth changing things.

They got these clothes on a runway, they call it. Like a stage, but for clothes. And folks watch ’em, and they write about ’em. Like it’s history in the making. Maybe it is. This NYFW, that’s New York Fashion Week, big deal, I suppose. Who Decides War, they were right there, in the middle of it all.

More Than Just Clothes
I don’t know much about this fashion stuff. But I know folks like to look nice. And these clothes, they seem to make people feel somethin’. Maybe they feel good wearin’ ’em. Maybe they feel important. Or maybe they just like the way they look. That’s alright. Clothes can do that. Make you feel a certain way. They keep sayin’, “what is the philosophy behind Who Decides War”. I don’t know about philosophy, but I know these clothes make people feel somethin’.
Who Decides War Spring/Summer 2025, it’s more than just clothes, I guess. It’s an idea. A way of lookin’ at things. A way of sayin’ somethin’ without sayin’ a word. These young folks today, they got their ways. And these clothes, they’re part of it. Part of how they show the world who they are, you see? Like those ripped jeans, sayin’ somethin’ without sayin’ a word. That’s for sure.

Who Decides War – Big in New York
They made it big this time, that’s for sure. This Who Decides War and this NYFW. It is all about fashion, street fashion they call it. It is not my style, but it is something big for young people. It is something important for them and they like to show it. In New York city, big city, big show, big fasion. That is important. If they keep doing this, they will be bigger and bigger. I do not know for sure, but that is what I think. Big city, big dreams, big fashion.
