Okay, so I finally got my hands on the Rare Beauty body spray, officially called the Find Comfort Body & Hair Fragrance Mist. I’d heard so much about it, mostly good, some a bit “meh,” so I figured I’d give it a shot and see what the hype was all about. Here’s how it went down:

The Hunt
First off, finding it. I checked the Rare Beauty website, of course, and they had it. But I thought to give a try.
First Impressions
The bottle itself is pretty. It’s got this frosted look, and the shape is kind of unique, not just a standard cylinder. It feels nice in your hand, not cheap or flimsy. The sprayer seemed decent, too – not one of those that squirts you in the face instead of misting.
The Sniff Test
- First spray: Okay, it’s definitely… sweet. But not in a super sugary, childish way. I got a hint of lemon zest, which was nice and fresh, and then something floral. I’m terrible at identifying specific flowers, but it was pleasant.
- After a few minutes: It settled down a bit. The sweetness mellowed out, and I started to notice something a little warmer, maybe a bit musky. The description mentioned jasmine and cashmere musk, so I guess that’s what I was smelling!
- Hair vs. Body: I sprayed it on my wrists and in my hair, just like the instructions said. I think I preferred it in my hair. It seemed to last longer and had a more subtle, diffused scent. On my skin, it felt a little stronger at first, but it faded faster.
The Wear Test
I wore this stuff all day, from my morning coffee run to an evening movie. I’d say the scent lasted a good 4-5 hours before I felt like I needed a little refresh. That’s not bad for a body mist, honestly. It’s not going to be as long-lasting as a perfume, but it’s also not supposed to be. I noticed the smell really come back to me, whenever I got warm. I think it would be great after working out, or after showering.
Final Thoughts
Honestly,I put it in my cart, and placed the order.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with it. I don’t think it’s going to replace my all-time favorite fragrances, but it’s a great everyday option, especially for when I want something light and fresh. It’s the kind of scent that makes you feel clean and put-together, without being overpowering.

Would I recommend it? Yeah, I think so. If you’re into those clean, slightly sweet, slightly floral scents, this one is worth checking out. And the price is pretty reasonable, so it’s not a huge commitment if you end up not loving it. But I’m betting you will!
