Alright, so I’ve been meaning to dig into this for a while now, and I finally got around to it. I’m talking about Joe Rogan’s watch collection. Yeah, the podcast guy. Turns out, he’s a bit of a watch nerd, who knew?

So, first thing I did was start scouring the internet. I mean, I watched a few of his podcasts, trying to catch glimpses of what he was wearing. It felt a little detective-like, in a totally non-creepy way, I swear! I also found some forum threads and articles talking about his collection. It’s more extensive than I thought!
From what I gathered, he’s big on Rolex. I mean, who isn’t, right? But he’s got some of the classics: a Daytona, a Yacht-Master, and even a Submariner Non-Date. I started jotting these down, making a little list of each one I could confirm he owned.
- Rolex Yacht-Master 40: This one’s got a platinum bezel, which is pretty slick. Looks like it’s a steel sports watch, and apparently, it goes for around 10 to 12 grand. Ouch!
- Rolex Submariner No Date: Okay, this is a classic diver’s watch. I’ve always loved the clean look of these, and without the date window, it’s even more minimalist.
- Rolex Daytona: This is the racing watch. It’s got that tachymeter scale on the bezel, which honestly, I don’t fully understand, but it looks cool! I saw a picture of him wearing the stainless steel one with a white dial.
It looked like one of the watch is G-Shock, that tough, outdoorsy type of watch. Makes sense, given Rogan’s whole vibe, right?
After I had my list, I started looking up each watch. I wanted to see what made them special, you know, besides being on Joe Rogan’s wrist. I read about their movements, the materials, all that good stuff. It was pretty interesting, actually. These watches are finely made.
Once I had a good grasp on the watches themselves, I started thinking about why he might have chosen these specific ones. I mean, the guy’s got options, right? He could wear anything. So, why these? It was fun trying to get into his head a little. Maybe it’s the history, the craftsmanship, or maybe he just likes how they look. Who knows?

Anyway, it was a fun little project. I learned a lot about watches, and it gave me a new appreciation for them. It was definitely a neat way to spend a few days.
My Own Watch
I didn’t just look at them. I went out and tried a few on, I got one that is similar to one of Joe’s, a Rolex. It felt good on my wrist, and I liked the weight of it. I ended up getting it, which was a bit of a splurge, but I’m happy with it.
So yeah, that’s my Joe Rogan watch story. It was a cool little adventure. It was interesting, and I ended up with a new watch out of it, so I can’t complain.
