So, I saw this movie, right? “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”. Great flick. But what really caught my eye were the shoes Brad Pitt was rocking. He plays this stuntman, Cliff Booth, and he’s got these two-button hardsole boots, kind of moccasin style. Turns out they’re made by Minnetonka, and get this, they were actually released back in ’69, the same year the movie’s set in! Talk about attention to detail. They got some good screen time, too, with a few close-ups showcasing the fringe and the metal bits. I mean, who knew shoes could be so interesting?
I started digging around a bit. Apparently, Brad’s a bit of a style icon, at least in my book now. He was wearing these bold black glasses in another movie, “Bullet Train”, by a brand called Police, and some cool cream-colored sneakers by All Saints. Not to mention all the bracelets and rings, which I read were his own. This guy knows how to put an outfit together, even if he’s just playing a character. He’s not a giant or anything, about average height, maybe 5’11”, but he’s got this cool vibe. In “Fight Club”, he played this character, Tyler Durden, who was just a figment of someone’s imagination, but even then, people were curious about his boots! I didn’t find out what they were, but it shows how much people pay attention to these details.
I even found myself on this forum, a place where guys talk about fashion. It was kind of overwhelming, to be honest, all these people dissecting every little thing about what to wear. But it was cool to see how passionate they were. Someone was even asking about Brad Pitt’s style in the movie “Snatch”. He plays this, like, tough guy character, and people were trying to figure out what brands he was wearing so they could copy the look.
