Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “Robin Eisenberg Urban Decay” thing popping up everywhere, and I was like, “What the heck is that?” I’m not gonna lie, I’m a sucker for cool packaging and anything space-themed, so I was immediately intrigued.
First, I hit up my usual beauty blogs and forums. I wanted to see some swatches and get a feel for the colors, you know, before I dropped any cash. The pictures were gorgeous – all these shimmery purples, blues, and greens. I was practically drooling.
My Shopping Spree
So, obviously, I headed straight to the store. Finding it was a bit of an adventure. It seemed like everyone else had the same idea as me! The display was almost completely empty, but I managed to snag the last eyeshadow palette. Score!
Playing with Makeup
Back home, I immediately ripped open the packaging. The palette itself is so cool, with this futuristic, alien-goddess vibe. I spent a good hour just playing around with the colors. I started by swatching them on my arm, just to see how they looked on my skin tone.
- The purple shades? Amazing.
- The blues? Super pigmented.
- And the greens? Surprisingly wearable!
The Results
I decided to go for a full-on, out-of-this-world look. I used the shimmery purple all over my lid, then added some of the deep blue in the crease for definition. I finished it off with a touch of the sparkly green on my lower lash line. I even dusted some of the highlighter on my cheekbones for an extra glow.
Honestly? I felt like a space queen. The colors are so vibrant and blend really well. It’s definitely not an everyday look for me, but it’s perfect for when I want to feel a little extra and have some fun with my makeup. I’d say I would recommend this.
