Well, let me tell ya ’bout this George Hamilton fella and his mama. Folks been talkin’ and I figured I’d put my two cents in, ya know? Just plain talk, nothin’ fancy.

George Hamilton, who’s this fella anyway?
Now, this George Hamilton, he’s one of them actors. Been in movies and on that TV thingy. Folks say he’s real smooth-talkin’ and always got a tan, like he’s been sittin’ in the sun all day long. He even did them commercials for Ritz Crackers, the ones you eat with cheese or peanut butter. He was born way back in 1939, down in Tennessee or maybe it was Mississippi, somewhere down south anyways. He’s been around a long time, that’s for sure. Started actin’ back in 1958, imagine that! A long, long time ago.
And what about his mama?
His mama, her name was Anne Stevens Hamilton. Now, she wasn’t no actress or nothin’, least not that I heard of. She lived a good long life, all the way to 93 years old. Died in a place called Palm Beach, Florida. Must be nice down there, all warm and sunny. She was born a while back too, in 1910, down in Kentucky. Folks say she was a good woman, raised her boy right, even though he went off to Hollywood and all that jazz.
George Hamilton’s mama and that other Hamilton fella…
Now, there’s another Hamilton fella folks talk about, Alexander Hamilton. He’s from way back, long before George and his mama. This Alexander fella, he had a tough life. Born to folks who weren’t married, and his daddy up and left him. His mama died when he was just a young’un. Folks made a whole show about him, singin’ and dancin’ and all. But that’s a different story, nothin’ to do with George and his mama, really. Though, it gets confusing with all these Hamiltons, don’t it?
- George Hamilton: The actor, tanned and smooth.
- Anne Stevens Hamilton: George’s mama, lived a long life.
- Alexander Hamilton: That fella from history, different story altogether
