The Best Pink Chocolate Perfume: A Guide for Sweet Scent Lovers!

Okay, so I’ve been wanting to make my own perfume for a while now, and I finally got around to doing it. I decided to go with a pink chocolate scent because, well, who doesn’t love the smell of chocolate? And pink just makes it even better, right?

First things first, I gathered all my ingredients. I got some cocoa absolute, which is basically a super concentrated form of chocolate scent. Then, I picked up some vanilla extract, because chocolate and vanilla are a match made in heaven. To give it that pink vibe, I grabbed some strawberry fragrance oil. It’s not a natural extract, yeah, but it gets the job done.

Next, I needed a carrier oil. I chose jojoba oil because it’s pretty neutral and doesn’t have a strong smell of its own. You can use any carrier oil that works for you but I just love jojoba oil.

Mixing Time!

I started by adding about 20 drops of the cocoa absolute to a small glass bottle. Then, I added around 15 drops of the vanilla extract. I wanted the chocolate to be the star of the show, but the vanilla just adds that extra something, you know?

Now for the pink part! I carefully added 10 drops of the strawberry fragrance oil. I didn’t want it to be too overpowering, just a hint of fruity sweetness to complement the chocolate.

After that, I filled the rest of the bottle with jojoba oil, leaving a little bit of space at the top. I screwed the cap on tight and gave it a good shake to mix everything together.

The Waiting Game

I’m not gonna lie, this was the hardest part. You gotta let the perfume sit for at least a few days, preferably a week, for the scents to really blend together. It’s like a fine wine, it gets better with age, well, sort of.

The Result

Okay, so after a week of waiting, I finally tried it out. And oh my god, it smells amazing! It’s like a delicious chocolate-covered strawberry, but in a sophisticated, perfume-y way. Not too sweet, just the right balance of rich chocolate and a hint of fruity sweetness.

  • It’s definitely a gourmand scent.
  • If you are a big fan of the smell of food, you’ll love it.
  • It also lasts a decent amount of time on my skin, which is great.

I’m so happy with how it turned out. It’s my new favorite perfume, and I can’t wait to experiment with other scents. Maybe next time I’ll try a mint chocolate or a white chocolate with raspberry… the possibilities are endless!
