Okay, so today I decided to dive into this “tantrico” thing. I’d heard some buzz about it and, honestly, I was curious. So, I figured, why not? Let’s give it a shot.

Getting Started
First things first, I needed to understand what it even was. So I did a little digging, a few quick searches. The term, from what I gather, is related to various practices. Now I won’t explain this in detail here. Let’s just go through my experience.
My Little Experiment
I decided to start small. I mean, who jumps into the deep end right away, right? I picked a simple exercise that seemed pretty manageable – it involved some focused breathing and visualizing. Sounded easy enough.
I found a quiet spot in my apartment, put on some chill background music, and started with the breathing. In, out, slow and steady. The idea was to clear my mind, get into a relaxed state. I gotta say, it took a bit of effort to shut off all the random thoughts popping up. “Did I leave the stove on? What’s for dinner?” You know, the usual.
After a while, though, I started to feel…different. Lighter, maybe? More present. It was subtle, but definitely noticeable. Then came the visualization part. I won’t go into the specifics of what I was visualizing – it’s kinda personal – but I focused on it as hard as I could.
The Results (So Far)
- Increased Focus:I felt that my focus did get a bit sharper.
- Calmness: There was a definite sense of calm that washed over me. Not like I was about to fall asleep, but just…peaceful.
- Body Awareness:I felt that I became more aware of my body.
So, that’s my “tantrico” experiment for today. Will I keep doing it? Maybe. It was definitely interesting, and I’m curious to see if anything more comes from it. It’s all about exploring, right? And hey, if it helps me chill out and feel a bit more grounded, that’s a win in my book.
