Okay, so yesterday I decided to hit up the Swarovski store in Soho, New York. I’ve been seeing their ads all over Instagram, and you know, gotta check it out for myself!
First, I looked up the address online. Super easy, it popped right up. Then, I hopped on the subway. It’s New York, so you know, public transport is the way to go. I got off at the Prince Street station – super convenient, just a few blocks away.
Finding the Sparkle
Walking down Broadway, I was keeping an eye out. I almost missed it! It’s a pretty sleek storefront, not super flashy from the outside, which I guess makes sense for a fancy jewelry place. But once I stepped inside, BAM! ✨ Sparkle city.
It was like walking into a crystal cave. Seriously, everything was glittering. They had these amazing displays, showcasing everything from tiny little earrings to these HUGE, elaborate necklaces. I felt like I needed sunglasses indoors, haha!
- Checked out the rings first. They have some really delicate, pretty ones.
- Then I wandered over to the necklaces. So many different styles!
- I even spent some time looking at the figurines. They had these cute little crystal animals.
The Experience
The staff were super helpful. One lady, I think her name was Sarah, showed me a few different pieces based on what I said I liked. She wasn’t pushy at all, which I appreciated. I tried on a few things, just for fun. You know, gotta pretend I’m a millionaire for a few minutes, right?
I didn’t end up buying anything this time. (My bank account breathed a sigh of relief, lol). But, I took some pictures of the things I liked. Maybe for a future birthday wish list, hint hint! 😉
Overall, it was a really cool experience. Even if you’re not planning to buy anything, it’s worth stopping by just to see all the beautiful, sparkly things. It’s like a little mini-museum of crystals! And hey, it’s free to look!
