Okay, so I’ve been following Stray Kids for a while now, and I gotta say, I was hyped when I heard they were gonna perform at the American Music Awards 2024. I mean, they’re the first group to do it since BTS, that’s huge! So, naturally, I had to see it for myself. I started by checking out some stuff online. I saw this one post from ‘skzcomebackguide’ on December 25th, I think it had like 555 likes and a bunch of comments, so people were definitely talking about it.

Then, I tried to figure out when the actual show was. I found some conflicting info, like one source saying it was on September 26th, another saying December 12th, and then another saying October 6th. It was a mess! I finally figured out that it was probably October 6th because that’s the 50th anniversary, so it made the most sense.
Getting Ready for the Show
Next, I had to find out how to actually watch the thing. I found some stuff about livestreaming it on FOX or Amazon Fire TV, and that it would be on Paramount+ later. I don’t have cable, so I figured I’d just wait and watch it on Paramount+.
- Marked my calendar: I put October 6th in my calendar with a big reminder so I wouldn’t forget.
- Checked social media: Kept an eye on Stray Kids’ official accounts and fan pages for any updates or behind-the-scenes stuff.
- Planned a watch party: I don’t know about you guys, but it’s way more fun to watch with friends.
The Big Night (Finally!)
When the day finally came, I made sure I had my snacks ready, got comfy on the couch, and logged into Paramount+. I was so excited! I mean, these guys are amazing performers, and seeing them on such a big stage was gonna be epic.
And let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Their performance was full of energy. They really brought their A-game. I was so proud of them. It was a great moment for them and for K-pop in general.
After the Show
After the show, I went online and saw tons of people talking about it. Everyone was freaking out, saying how awesome they were. It was cool to see all the positive reactions and to know that I was part of that experience.

It was definitely a night to remember. Seeing Stray Kids kill it at the AMAs was amazing. It just shows how far they’ve come and how much potential they have. I can’t wait to see what they do next!
