Okay, so I’ve been wanting to get my hands on one of those super cute, vintage-looking pink piggy banks for a while. I finally decided, “Screw it, I’m doing it!” I wanted to add that perfect retro touch to my shelf, and I just knew this was the way to go.

The Hunt Begins
First things first, I started my search. I hit up a few local antique stores. No luck. Lots of cool stuff, but no pink piggy. Then I checked out some thrift shops, hoping for a lucky find. Still nothing!
Going Online
Feeling a little discouraged, I decided to take my search online. I spent a good hour just browsing different shops, comparing styles and prices, you know how it is. It’s overwhelming how many options there are!
Narrowing It Down
I found a few that I really liked. I made sure to look closely at the photos, checking for any chips or cracks. I also read all the descriptions carefully. Some were actual vintage ones, and others were more like reproductions, you know, made to look old. Finally found what i needed!
The Big Decision
I ended up picking one that was a reproduction, because it was in perfect condition and a little cheaper, honestly. It was that classic ceramic style, a nice, soft pink color, and had that cute, simple piggy face. It was exactly what I had pictured in my mind!
Waiting Game
I placed my order and then…the waiting. You know that feeling when you’re super excited for something to arrive? It felt like forever! But hey, it was only a few days, in reality.

It’s Here!
Finally, the package arrived! I ripped that box open, and there it was! My little pink piggy bank. It was even better in person than in the pictures. It’s got that perfect vintage vibe, even though it’s not actually that old.
My Vintage Pink Piggy
I placed the piggy bank and it is so cute! I’m super happy with how it turned out. It was totally worth the hunt, and now I’ve got a little piece of that vintage charm I was looking for.
