Okay, so I saw some buzz about the Walmart Beauty Box for Fall 2024 and, well, I’m a sucker for these things. I decided to grab one and see what the hype was all about. Here’s how it went down:

Signing Up
First, I went to the Walmart website. It took a little digging, I had to search around for “beauty box” to actually find the right page. Once I found it, signing up was pretty easy. It’s like a subscription, but you only pay for shipping, which was a few bucks. I put in my info, paid the shipping fee, and that was that.
Waiting Game
Now, the not-so-fun part: the wait. I know these things ship seasonally, so I wasn’t expecting it overnight. I kinda put it out of my mind for a while, and then, surprise! I got a shipping notification email. It took, I think, about two weeks from when I ordered it to when it actually shipped. Not bad, not great.
The Unboxing!
Finally, the box arrived! It was a cute little box. Opening it up, I was hit with a bunch of samples, some were travel-sized, others were like those little foil packets. Here’s a general idea of what was in mine (it might be different for others, I think):
- Skincare Stuff: There was a little moisturizer, I think, and maybe a cleanser. I also got a face mask sample.
- Hair Products: I remember getting a tiny shampoo and conditioner, probably enough for one or two uses. There might have been a styling product sample, too, but I can’t remember.
- Makeup: This part was a bit less exciting for me, but I think I got a mascara sample or a lip balm. Something small.
- Other Random Bits: There was maybe a fragrance sample, and sometimes they throw in a coupon or two for full-sized products.
My Thoughts
Honestly, for the price of shipping, it’s a fun little treat. I got to try out some new things without spending a ton of money. Would I say it’s life-changing? Nah. But it’s a nice way to discover some new products, and it’s always fun to get a little surprise in the mail. I’m putting a reminder in my calendar to check out the winter box when it comes around!
