Okay, so, I’ve been wanting to try something new with my style lately. You know, mix things up a bit. And I’ve always been a fan of both Nike Jordans and, like, the whole goth aesthetic. So I thought, “Why not combine them?” Yeah, I know, it sounds a bit out there, but hear me out. I decided to create a “Nike Jordan Goth Boots” look.
First things first, I needed the right pair of Jordans. I went with the classic Air Jordan 1s, but in all black, obviously. Gotta have that dark vibe, right? I rummaged through my closet and found my favorite pair of black ripped jeans and paired it with them.
Then came the tricky part – finding the “boot” element. I didn’t want actual boots, because that’d defeat the purpose of wearing Jordans. I went through my accessories, and got my old leg warmers. They were black, and had this cool, almost Victorian lace pattern. Perfect! I put those on and pulled them up high, kind of like how you’d wear high boots. They had enough details to change the style of my whole fit. I searched for a long black jacket in the very back of my closet and found it. It’s almost like a trench coat but not quite, and it goes down to my knees.
To add to the goth vibe, I wore a black graphic tee with some edgy print on it. Then, I accessorized it. I put on some silver chain necklaces, a few black rings, and even a black beanie. Oh, and can’t forget the makeup! I did a dark, smoky eye look with black lipstick. I know, I know, it’s a lot, but hey, go big or go home, right?
- Shoes: Black Air Jordan 1s
- Bottoms: Black ripped jeans
- Top: Black graphic tee
- Outerwear: Long black jacket
- Accessories:
- Leg warmers with lace pattern
- Silver chain necklaces
- Black rings
- Black beanie
- Makeup: Dark smoky eye, black lipstick
Putting it all together took some time. I tried different combinations of the clothes and accessories, and played around with how I wore the leg warmers. At one point, I even considered adding fishnet gloves, but decided against it because it was too much. I tried on the jacket and took it off a few times too, seeing if I preferred the look with or without it. Finally, after a lot of trial and error, I got the look just right.
Honestly, I was pretty stoked with how it turned out! It was definitely different, but in a good way. It was like, edgy and cool, but still comfortable and, you know, me. I wore it out to meet some friends, and they were all surprised but into it. It was a conversation starter, for sure. I think I’ll definitely be rocking this look again. Maybe next time I’ll experiment with different colors of Jordans, or different styles of leg warmers. The possibilities are endless! I guess the main point is that I took a chance and it was fun to see everything come together.
So, yeah, that’s my little fashion experiment. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I think it’s cool to step out of your comfort zone sometimes and try new things. And who knows, maybe I’ve started a new trend! Nike Jordan Goth Boots – it’s got a nice ring to it, don’t you think?
