Yesterday, I decided to try my hand at making that “piles of gold” thing I saw online. It looked pretty cool, and I figured, why not?

Getting Started
First, I needed the main ingredient – those golden coin chocolates. I hit up a few stores, finally finding a good stash at a local candy shop. They were a little pricier than I expected, but hey, gotta commit to the vision, right?
The Building Process
- I cleared off a big space on my kitchen table. This was going to be my construction zone.
- Then, I started unwrapping those coins. It took longer than I thought! My fingers got all sticky, but I powered through.
- Next up, the stacking. This was the tricky part. I tried different formations – pyramids, towers, just random piles. It was a bit like playing with blocks, but way more tempting to eat.
- I realized pretty quickly that making a perfectly symmetrical pile was going to be tough. Those coins are all different shapes and sizes!
- Some of smaller,I found the ones that’s a bit curved which is hard to pile,so I just eat it!
The Final Result
After a good hour or so of fiddling, I stepped back to admire my work. It wasn’t exactly like the pictures I’d seen, but it was definitely a pile of gold! A little lopsided, maybe, but impressive nonetheless. I grabbed my phone and snapped a few pictures to document my masterpiece.
Of course, the best part was yet to come – demolishing the pile and enjoying the chocolatey goodness. It was a fun little project, and a delicious one, too!
