Okay, so I finally decided to get myself a Picotin 18. I’ve been eyeing this bag for what feels like forever, and I just couldn’t resist any longer! Here’s how the whole thing went down.
The Hunt Begins
First, I spent hours, and I mean hours, online, just looking at pictures and reading reviews. Trying to decide on the color was a nightmare! There are so many pretty options. I was going back and forth between a classic neutral and something a bit more bold.
Color Choice Crisis!
- Considered classic black – you can’t go wrong, right?
- Was tempted by a bright, summery color.
- Kept going back to pictures of the neutral shades.
Finally,I decided to be good and stay versatile,So I went with the Etain/Gold.
Getting My Hands on It
The hardest thing is get it,So,I contacted every sale I know,and I told myself,I need get one,no matter how long will take.
After days waiting,One of my sale called me,and told me they got one,I was so happy!
Unboxing Day!
The box arrived, and I practically ripped it open. I had to pull the ribbons off and lift the lid. And there it was! So pretty! I carefully took it out of the dust bag,and take a lot a lot pictures.
Wearing It Out
I used it first time and went for a quick brunch with my friends,And, everyone loved it! I think I definitely made the right choice. It’s the perfect size for my essentials,I’m already planning on taking it everywhere with me!
So, yeah, that’s my Picotin 18 story! It’s a bit of a splurge, I know, but I’m so happy with it. Totally worth all the internal debating and online searching.
