Okay, so I’ve been meaning to check out this Pandora store in Milpitas, the one at the Great Mall. I’ve heard mixed things, some good, some… not so good. But I needed a new charm for my bracelet, so I figured, why not give it a shot?

First thing I did was check the store hours online. Gotta make sure they’re actually open before I drive all the way there. Good thing I checked, because their hours were a little different than what I expected.
Getting There:
The drive wasn’t too bad. Traffic was light, which was a pleasant surprise. Parking, on the other hand, was a bit of a nightmare. The Great Mall is always packed, and finding a spot took longer than I’d like to admit. I finally found one after circling for what felt like forever.
Inside the Store:
Once I got inside, the store itself was… okay. It was pretty small, and it felt a little cramped, especially with a few other customers browsing. The displays were nicely organized, though, and I could see all the charms and jewelry pretty easily. It felt clean.

The Service:
- I waited. And * took quite some time to get one sales’ attention.
- Finally, one sales helped * was fine,She helped me find the new charm.
- She also showed me a few other things.
- I ended up buying a new one and be finshied!
Overall:
It wasn’t the worst experience, but it wasn’t the best either. Getting there was a bit rough with the parking, but the store was visually appealing.
The actual visit to find what you’re looking for is pretty smooth.
So, yeah, mixed feelings. Would I go back? Maybe, if I really needed something and couldn’t find it anywhere else. But I wouldn’t go out of my way to shop there again.
