Okay, so, I’ve been eyeing this Palm Angels and Missoni collab for a while now. I finally decided to dive in. Here’s how it went down.
First off, I started digging around to see what this whole thing was about. Apparently, Palm Angels is this Italian luxury brand, founded in 2015 by some designer/photographer named Francesco Ragazzi. I guess he used to work for Moncler, too. And Missoni, they’re all about those colorful patterns and knitwear. Cool, cool.
Then, I started looking at the actual pieces. It’s like, they took Missoni’s wild patterns and mixed them with Palm Angels’ street style. You’ve got this spray paint effect on some stuff, mixed with sharp, boxy tailoring. And the branding? It’s bold, using old-school Missoni logos.
The collection’s got everything. I saw these summery jersey dresses, basketball jerseys with that spray paint look, and even fringed ponchos. They even had these shark tooth necklaces that looked pretty wild. One thing I really liked was the tailored tracksuits.
