Okay, so I recently decided to give Naturium’s skincare line a shot, you know, since I’ve been hearing some buzz about it. I ordered a few things from their website, and let me tell you, it wasn’t all smooth sailing.

First off, I placed my order and waited. And waited. No shipping confirmation, no updates, nothing. After a few days, I started to get a little antsy, so I figured I’d reach out to their customer service. Now, I found out that the best way to get a hold of them is through email at info@*. So, I drafted a polite email explaining my situation and asking for an update on my order.
- Day 1: Sent the email, feeling hopeful.
- Day 2: No response. Hmm, okay. Maybe they’re busy.
- Day 3: Still nothing. Now I’m starting to get a bit worried.
- Day 4: Sent another email, this time a little more firm, but still polite.
Finally, on day 5, I got a reply! It was a bit generic, but at least it acknowledged my email. They said they were experiencing a high volume of orders and apologized for the delay. They also gave me an estimated shipping timeframe, which was a relief.
Reaching a Resolution
A couple of days later, I received my shipping confirmation and tracking number. Hallelujah! My package finally arrived a few days after that, and everything was in good condition, thank goodness.
So, all in all, my experience with Naturium’s customer service was a bit of a rollercoaster. It took longer than I expected to get a response, but in the end, they did come through. It seems like they might be a bit understaffed or just really popular right now, which could explain the slow response times. I guess I just caught them at a busy time. Would I order from them again? Probably, the products themselves seem pretty good so far. But I’d definitely keep in mind that their customer service might need a little patience.
