Midnights Bodysuit Eras Tour: Your Ultimate Guide to the Hottest Concert Look!

Midnights Bodysuit Eras Tour: Your Ultimate Guide to the Hottest Concert Look!

Okay, so I’ve been obsessed with Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, especially the “Midnights” era. The bodysuit she wears is just iconic, you know? So, I decided to make my own version for fun. I mean, who wouldn’t want to sparkle like TayTay?

First things first, I needed a base. I found this plain black bodysuit online, nothing fancy, just a regular, stretchy one. The real magic was going to be in the decorations, so I didn’t want to spend too much on the base. I am not a millionaire, right?

Next, the fun part—blinging it out! I hit up a bunch of craft stores and bought every kind of sequin, bead, and rhinestone I could find. Mostly blues and purples to match the “Midnights” vibe, but I threw in some silver and gold for extra sparkle. This part took forever. Seriously, my fingers were so sore after a while.

Now, I am not gonna lie, gluing everything on was a total pain. I started by sketching out a rough design on the bodysuit with a fabric marker. It was kind of a mix of swirls and stars, trying to copy Taylor’s look but also adding my own twist. I just draw whatever I thought looked good.

It took me, like, a whole weekend to finish the whole thing. I spent hours hunched over that bodysuit, but it was so worth it. The final result was amazing, if I do say so myself. I even added some extra details, like a few larger crystal pieces on the shoulders and around the neckline to really make it pop.

The Big Reveal

I finally wore it to a Taylor Swift-themed party, and everyone loved it! I felt like a total rockstar, even though I can’t sing like Taylor, haha. It was definitely a conversation starter, and I got tons of compliments. I think I nailed it.

Honestly, this project was way more work than I expected, but it was also super rewarding. Now I have this awesome, one-of-a-kind bodysuit that I can wear whenever I want to feel a little extra fabulous. Plus, I learned a lot about crafting and patience. Would I do it again? Maybe not anytime soon, but I’m really glad I did it this time. If you’re thinking about trying something like this, I say go for it! Just be prepared to dedicate some serious time and effort, and don’t forget to have fun with it.
