Okay, so I was digging into this whole Benefit Cosmetics CEO thing today. You know, just another day in my curious life, right?
First, I started by just poking around to see what the deal was with Benefit Cosmetics. I mean, we all know them, right? They’re huge! Found out they’re like, the top dog in the brow game globally. And they’ve got those products everyone’s always talking about – Benetint, that POREfessional primer, and the BADgal BANG! Mascara. Plus, they do those brow and beauty services with a bunch of experts all over the place.
Then, I dug a bit deeper. What’s their vibe, you know? Turns out, their whole thing is about making everyone feel good, flipping those beauty frowns, as they say. Sounds pretty cool, huh? They’ve got this Bold is Beautiful thing, too. Started it back in 2015. It’s all about helping women and girls find their power and reach their goals. And get this, they’ve raised a ton of cash for it. We’re talking millions!
New Leader Alert
Next up, the juicy stuff. I stumbled upon some news about a CEO swap. The old one, Jean-André Rougeot, he’s out. And they just named a new one – Christie Fleischer. That’s a big move, right?
- Benefit’s owned by LVMH, that huge luxury group. Makes sense, they’re a pretty fancy brand.
- This new CEO, Christie, she’s gotta fill some big shoes. Wonder what she’s gonna bring to the table?
So, yeah, that’s what I’ve been up to today. Following the breadcrumbs on Benefit Cosmetics and their new boss. It’s always interesting to see how these big beauty brands move and shake. Makes you think about all the stuff that goes on behind the scenes, right? And, I got a good feeling about this Bold is Beautiful program, it is quite impressive to empower women and girls, they really did a good job on this!
Anyways, that’s my little deep dive for the day. Hope you found it as interesting as I did!
