Okay, so I’ve been eyeing the LV Cluny for a while now. I finally decided to take the plunge and, oh boy, it was a journey! Let me tell you all about it.

The Hunt Begins
First, I scoured the official website, just to get a good look at all the options. You know, different sizes, materials, colors… It’s a whole world out there! I spent hours just comparing the Cluny BB, MM, and even considering some of the limited editions.
Then, I hit up some forums and groups. I wanted to see real-life pictures, not just those perfectly styled product shots. You learn a lot more from how people actually style and use their bags. Plus, you get the inside scoop on things like wear and tear, and what fits inside comfortably.
Making the Decision
After a lot of back and forth (seriously, I changed my mind like five times), I settled on the Cluny BB in Epi leather. I just loved the structured look, and the Epi leather seemed really durable. As for the color, I choose black, a classic that goes with every style. I figured it would be a good investment, something I could use for years.
The Purchase
I decided to go to the boutique, because, you know, it’s an experience! The sales associate was super helpful. She showed me all the different colors in person, and even let me try it on with a few things I brought with me, just to see how it looked and felt.
- Seeing it in person made a big difference.
- The color I wanted looked a little different in real life, so I was glad I checked!
I ended up getting, and it was even more beautiful in person! The leather felt so luxurious, and the size was just perfect – not too big, not too small.

Living with the Cluny
I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I’m absolutely in love! It fits everything I need for a day out: wallet, phone, keys, a small makeup bag, and even a small water bottle.
The top handle is great for grabbing it quickly, and the shoulder strap is comfortable enough for all-day wear. I’ve even gotten a few compliments on it, which is always nice!
It’s definitely a splurge, but for me, it was worth it. It’s a classic piece that I know I’ll enjoy for a long time. And honestly, it just makes me feel good to carry it.
