Okay, so “cosmic goth” – sounds kinda cool, right? I wanted to mess around with this aesthetic, so I figured, why not document the whole process? Here’s how it went down:
Brainstorming & Gathering
First, I needed to figure out what “cosmic goth” even means. To me, it’s like, dark and mysterious, but with a spacey, celestial vibe. Think black velvet, but also shimmering stars. So, I started by gathering some inspiration. I just used a simple image search and looked for stuff related to space, galaxies, gothic architecture, and dark fashion. My favorites are saved.
The “Goth” Part
Next, I focused on the goth elements. This is the foundation, right?
- Started with a black base. Naturally. I chose my black dress.
- Added some dark details.Like my favourite earrings.
- I am going to find some dark make-up video online.
The “Cosmic” Part
Now for the fun part – adding that spacey, celestial vibe.
- Searched for images.I searched and downloaded lots of pictures of stars, galaxies, and nebulae.
- Find and try some glittery makeup!I also added a touch of silver shimmer to my eyelids and cheekbones. Think subtle sparkle, like distant stars.
- Going to try different style. I think dark purple and dark blue are both suitbale, and i will try both of it.
- Try to Decorate room!I have to try some decorations in my room to make it more “cosmic”, then I can take some pictures.
Putting It All Together
Finally, I messed around until I liked what I saw. It was all about playing with different combinations, and what looks right.
And that’s pretty much it! It’s not perfect, but it’s my take on “cosmic goth,” and I had a blast doing it. It is so funny, and I am going to try more different styles.
