Alright, so I was trying to find some good, clear pictures of Dodi Fayed, you know, Princess Diana’s boyfriend. It turned into a bit of a rabbit hole, let me tell you!

First Steps – Google Images, Of Course!
I started, like anyone would, with a simple Google Images search. Just typed in “dodi fayed” and hit enter. Boom, tons of pictures popped up. But honestly, a lot of them were kinda…meh.
- Lots of grainy, paparazzi-style shots.
- Many were really small, low-resolution images.
- Some were clearly mislabeled – like, definitely not Dodi.
So, the first sweep wasn’t great. I needed to get a little more specific.
Getting More Specific with Search Terms
I started playing around with the search terms. I tried things like:
- “dodi fayed high resolution” – This helped a little, weeded out some of the super tiny ones.
- “dodi fayed portrait” – I figured this might get me some more formal, posed pictures.
- “dodi fayed 1990s” – Trying to narrow it down to the time period he was most photographed.
These more specific searches definitely improved things. I started seeing some better quality images, fewer of the blurry, long-distance shots.
Using Google’s Tools
I also started used some filter tools. For example color, usage rights, and size.

- Size
I need to make the size to large.
Deep Dive into Specific Events
Then I started thinking, okay, where was he likely to be photographed in a more formal setting? I remembered reading about film premieres and charity events, so I tried searches like:
- “dodi fayed film premiere”
- “dodi fayed charity event”
This was actually pretty successful! I found some really nice, clear pictures from those kinds of events. They were much better than the random paparazzi shots.
The Results?
After all that digging, I ended up with a pretty good collection of images. It took a little more effort than I expected, but it was worth it to get past the initial wave of low-quality stuff. It just goes to show, sometimes you gotta put in a little extra work to find what you’re really looking for!
