Alright, so I’ve been messing around with this “KD6 What The” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey. I started out totally clueless, just staring at this shoe like, “What am I even supposed to do with this?”

First, I just looked at it. Like, really looked at it. All the different colors, patterns, textures… it’s a lot to take in. I spent a good chunk of time just rotating it, feeling the materials, trying to understand what the designers were going for.
Then, I decided to dive into some online forums and see what other people were doing. There’s a whole community out there dedicated to customizing and talking about these shoes! I scrolled through tons of posts, looked at pictures, and read people’s opinions. It was overwhelming at first, but it gave me some ideas.
After that, I started experimenting. I don’t want to give away all my secrets, but let’s just say it involved:
- Trying on different laces.
- Thinking about color combinations that would complement the “What The” theme.
- Possibly considering some custom paint… maybe. I am not sure.
- Wearing them to see the real look and feel.
I spent a few days just wearing the shoes around, getting a feel for them, seeing how they looked with different outfits. I even asked a few friends for their opinions (most of them were just confused, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right?).
My Current Status
Honestly, I’m still not 100% sure what I’m going to do. It’s a work in progress. But that’s the beauty of the “What The” concept, isn’t it? It’s about embracing the chaos, the randomness, the unexpected. I’m learning to let go of my need for perfect order and just enjoy the process of figuring it out.

I’ll keep you guys posted on my progress. Maybe I’ll have a breakthrough tomorrow, maybe it’ll take me another month. But I’m definitely having fun with it, and that’s what matters.
