Alright, guys, let’s talk about that show, “Dan Van Antwerp 90s Show”. I got into it, and I want to share my whole experience with you.

First, I found out that this show is on Netflix. I’m already paying for it, so I figured, why not give it a shot? So, I opened up the Netflix app on my Roku.
Then, I used the search function to look for “That ’90s Show”. It popped right up. I saw that it’s a follow-up to “That ’70s Show”, which I watched back in the day, and it stars some of the original cast, like Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith. Also, there’s this new girl, Callie Haverda, playing their granddaughter. Sounds pretty interesting. I clicked on the show to see the details.
It says that the show has two seasons, so I started with season 1, episode 1. I pressed play, and the show started streaming. It was all about this girl, Leia, going to stay with her grandparents, Red and Kitty, for the summer of ’96. She meets some new friends there, and they have all sorts of adventures. It’s all set in the 90s, so there’s a lot of nostalgia, you know, the music, the clothes, the whole vibe.
I binged the whole first season in like, a couple of days. It was pretty easy to watch, just a fun, lighthearted show. Then I moved on to season 2. More of the same, Leia’s back in Point Place, more 90s stuff, more teenage shenanigans.
- Watched season 1 on Netflix.
- Watched season 2 on Netflix.
- Enjoyed the 90s nostalgia.
- Liked the characters, especially Red and Kitty.
But then I found out something kind of bummer. Apparently, Netflix canceled the show. Kurtwood Smith posted about it. They said the show wasn’t getting enough viewers. That’s a shame, I thought it was pretty decent.

So, that’s my experience with “Dan Van Antwerp 90s Show.” I found it, I watched it, I enjoyed it, and then I found out it was canceled. It’s a fun little trip down memory lane if you’re into the 90s. Just don’t get too attached, I guess, since there won’t be any more seasons.
I recommend giving it a watch if you have some time to kill and you want a nostalgic trip. It’s all just my opinion, but I thought I’d share it with you all. Maybe you’ll like it, maybe you won’t. If you do check it out, let me know what you think!
