Okay, so I’ve been seeing this Drunk Elephant set everywhere and finally decided to give it a try. My skin’s been kinda blah lately, so I figured, why not?
First, I ordered the set online. It arrived pretty quickly, which was a nice surprise. I ripped open the box – I’m not gonna lie, the packaging is super cute. All those bright colors!
Unboxing and First Impressions
Inside, there were a bunch of little bottles and containers. I felt a little overwhelmed at first, not gonna lie. I pulled everything out and laid it all on my bathroom counter. There was a cleanser, a serum, a moisturizer, and a few other goodies.
- The cleanser, it’s called Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleanser, I think. Felt pretty gentle, no crazy strong scent or anything.
- Then there was this C-Firma Day Serum. It’s supposed to be, like, a vitamin C thing. I’ve heard good things about vitamin C, so I was excited to try this one.
- The moisturizer is called Lala Retro Whipped Cream. The name is kinda silly, but it felt super rich when I tested a little on the back of my hand.
Putting it to the Test
So, I followed the instructions (mostly!). I washed my face with the cleanser. My skin felt pretty clean, not stripped or tight, which is good. Next, I applied a pump of the C-Firma serum. It felt a little sticky at first, but that went away pretty fast.
Finally, I slathered on the Lala Retro moisturizer. It’s thick, for sure, but it absorbed into my skin really nicely. Didn’t leave me feeling greasy or anything.

My Thoughts So Far
I’ve only been using the set for a couple of days now, so it’s way too early to see any major results. But, my skin does feel softer and more hydrated. I haven’t had any breakouts or irritation, which is always a plus.I keep using those products for a few weeks to see how it goes. I’m cautiously optimistic! It’s definitely a splurge, but if it makes my skin look amazing, it might just be worth it.
