So, I’ve been wanting a pair of Air Max 90s for a while now. I finally decided to go for it, and I picked the maroon colorway because, well, it just looked cool.
Getting Started
First, I looked around online. I checked out a few different stores, you know, just to see what the prices were like and if anyone had my size. It’s always a bit of a gamble with shoes, especially online.
The Hunt
I found a pair on a site that I hadn’t really used before. They were a little cheaper than some of the other places, so I was a bit hesitant. I read some reviews, and they seemed okay, so I took a chance.
The Waiting Game
Then came the waiting. I’m not the most patient person, so I was constantly checking the tracking information. It felt like it took forever, but they finally showed up!
Unboxing and First Impressions
I ripped open the box – who doesn’t love that new shoe smell? – and there they were. The color was even better in person. It’s like a deep, rich maroon, not too flashy, but definitely noticeable. I tried them on right away.
The Fit and Feel

I’ve worn them a few times now, mostly with jeans and a t-shirt. They look great! I even got a couple of compliments. They’re definitely a statement shoe, but in a good way. I might even be able to dress these up.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I’m super happy with my purchase. They’re comfortable, stylish, and they just make me feel good. I’ve cleaned them once and it went fine. If you’re thinking about getting a pair of Air Max 90s, I’d say go for it! Especially this maroon color, it’s a winner.
