So, I was surfing online the other day, and I saw a lot of people talking about this thing called “brandice”. Got me curious, you know? So I thought, “Why not give it a shot myself and see what all the fuss is about?”
First off, I did some digging around to find out exactly what brandice is. Turns out, it’s all about using a unique, custom-made ice mold to brand your ice cubes with a logo or a design. Sounds cool, right? I mean, who wouldn’t want their drinks to look a little extra fancy?
I went ahead and ordered one of those molds online. It took a while to get delivered, and I was antsy, waiting. When it finally arrived, I was like a kid on Christmas morning. Ripped that package open and there it was – a sleek, metallic mold with the custom design I had chosen. It was a simple logo, but I thought it looked pretty slick.
Now came the fun part – making the ice. I filled the mold with water, popped it in the freezer, and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Patience isn’t really my strong suit, but I knew good things come to those who wait.
- Fill the brandice mold with water.
- Place the mold in the freezer.
- Wait for the water to freeze completely.
- Remove the branded ice from the mold.
- Add the fancy ice to your drink.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the ice was ready. I carefully took the mold out of the freezer and gently removed the ice cubes. And there it was – my logo, perfectly imprinted on each cube. It was a thing of beauty, I tell you.
I immediately grabbed a glass, dropped in a couple of those branded ice cubes, and poured myself a drink. It felt a bit more special, sipping on a drink with those personalized ice cubes floating around. Like I was in some fancy bar or something.

The Final Result
Honestly, it was a pretty neat experience. Would I do it every day? Probably not. But for special occasions or when I want to impress some guests, these brandice cubes are definitely a cool trick to have up my sleeve. It’s a small thing, but it adds a nice touch of personalization and elegance to any drink. Plus, it’s a great conversation starter. “Hey, check out my ice cubes!” Who would’ve thought, right?
If you are into these kinds of things, give brandice a try. It’s a fun little project, and the end result is pretty darn cool, literally and figuratively.
