Alright, let’s talk about my little adventure with Badgley Mischka perfume. So, I’ve been on the hunt for a new scent, something special, you know? I was browsing around, not really expecting much, and then I stumbled upon this brand, Badgley Mischka. Never heard of them before, but the name sounded fancy, so I was intrigued.

First thing I did was, of course, a quick search to see what’s up with this brand. Turns out, they’re pretty big in the fashion world, some top designers, according to Vogue. They started way back in ’88, making evening wear and stuff. I thought, “Okay, if they’re good at clothes, maybe they’re good at perfume too?”
I dug a bit deeper and found out they have like, 12 different perfumes. The first one they made was in 2006, and they just released a new one this year. That’s a pretty decent track record, right?
Here’s where it gets interesting. I started reading about the notes in their perfumes, which, honestly, is like a whole other language. They’ve got everything from Neroli and Pear Blossom to Jasmine and Tuberose. And the base notes? Musk, Sandalwood, Amber – sounds pretty good to me. It seems these scents are super popular, ranking just behind Dior Sauvage, Creed Aventus, and Versace Eros on some list of the top 15 fragrances for 2024.
- I saw one review talking about “Badgley Mischka Sweet Bloom,” which sounds kind of nice.
- There was another one, “Miss London for Women,” with Honeysuckle and Peony – that sounds elegant.
So, I decided to take the plunge. I found a website that sells their stuff and ordered a small bottle of their classic one, the one they launched in 2006. I figured, might as well start with the original, right?
When it finally arrived, I was pretty excited. The packaging was nice, very classy. I sprayed a bit on my wrist and waited. The first whiff was a mix of floral and fruity, kind of sweet but not too much. It definitely felt like something you’d wear on a special occasion.

I wore it out a few times, and I gotta say, I got a few compliments. It’s not an everyday kind of scent, but it’s definitely something that makes you feel a bit more put together, a bit more special.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with my Badgley Mischka experiment. It’s a solid perfume, and I’m definitely curious to try out some of their other scents. Maybe that Sweet Bloom one is next on my list. Who knows? This could be the start of a beautiful fragrance journey. It just goes to show, sometimes it’s worth taking a chance on something new. You never know what you might discover!
