Okay, so I’ve been obsessed with kitten heels lately. I used to think they were kinda “blah,” but I’ve totally changed my mind. I wanted to find a pair that was cute, comfy, and wouldn’t break the bank. My journey started with a deep dive.
The Hunt Begins
First, I scrolled through tons of pictures. I mean, tons. I wanted to get a feel for the different styles. I looked at pointy-toe ones, strappy ones, slingbacks… you name it.
Trying Them On
Next, it was time to actually try some on. I went to a few different stores, This was key because I quickly realized that the fit varies a lot.
- Some were too narrow.
- Some pinched my toes.
- Others felt like they’d slip right off.
It was a bit of a Goldilocks situation, I try many times.
The Perfect Pair
Finally, I found them! A pair of black, pointy-toe kitten heels with a delicate ankle strap. They were surprisingly comfortable, and I could actually walk in them without feeling like a baby giraffe. I felt so chic and put-together, but still comfy enough to wear all day. I immediately bought it
Styling Adventures
Now for the fun part: styling! I’ve been wearing them with everything. They look great with cropped jeans and a simple t-shirt for a casual look. I’ve also dressed them up with a flowy midi skirt and a blouse for *,they make me feel a little bit fancy, even when I’m just running errands. I think I’m a kitten heel convert for life!
