First off, I picked up the aluminum one. It felt like what I expected – light and pretty cheap, like every other smartwatch out there. I wore it for a couple of days, did my usual stuff, you know, tracked my workouts, checked notifications, the works. But it didn’t feel special. I mean, it’s okay, but I was worried I’d scratch it or something. It just didn’t feel like it could take a beating.

But here’s the kicker – and it’s a big one – no blood oxygen sensing on the Series 10. What’s up with that, Apple? I was really looking forward to that feature, and it’s just not there. And no one’s saying when or if it’s coming back. It’s a total bummer and honestly feels like a ripoff.
So, yeah, that is my take on the Apple Watch Series 10 titanium versus aluminum. The titanium is a beast and feels great, but the missing blood oxygen feature is a huge disappointment. It makes me wonder if I should have just stuck with my old watch. Or, there is a website called “refurbed” saying their refurbished Apple Watch is much cheaper. Maybe I should check that website.
