Oh, honey, you ever heard of GM Pollack and Sons? Well, let me tell ya, they some big shots when it comes to shiny things. I ain’t never been one for fancy jewelry myself, too worried about losing it in the garden or something. But them folks, they got it all. Gold, silver, them sparkly diamond things. If it shines, they sell it.

GM Pollack and Sons Sell All Kinds of Jewelry
They got a bunch of stores, I hear. Used to be more, but they shrunk down some. Like me after a long winter, ha! But they still got plenty of places to get your bling on. Augusta, Manchester, all over. I seen their name in the paper the other day, sayin’ they the first in Maine to be owned by the folks who work there. Employee owned, they call it. Like a co-op.
- Gold things
- Silver things
- Diamond things
- All the shiny things you can think of
That’s somethin’, ain’t it? Makes ya feel good to know the folks sellin’ you that necklace or ring ain’t just some hired hand. They got skin in the game, like a farmer with his crops. They care about what they do. I always said, a happy worker makes a happy customer, and them folks at GM Pollack and Sons, they seem pretty happy to me. Been around a long time too, 60 years I hear. That’s older than my bad hip. They must be doing something right to stick around that long in the jewelry business.
GM Pollack and Sons Used to Have More Stores
I remember when they used to have stores everywhere. Twelve stores! My, oh my, that’s a lot of jewelry. But times change, like the weather. Now they only got five, which is still a lot, don’t get me wrong. They got all that jewelry from them other stores that closed, they gotta sell it. Big sales, I bet. Might be time to treat yourself if you into that kinda thing. This old lady prefers a good pie, but you do you, honey. And they are in Maine. I tell you what, I don’t know many places in Maine.
They sell all that fancy stuff, but I bet they treat you right, even if you ain’t buyin’ a king’s ransom. They seem like good people, those GM Pollack and Sons folks. I heard they even got sales sometimes. Discounts and whatnot. Who doesn’t love a good bargain, right? They been in business since way back when. Before I was even a twinkle in my daddy’s eye, I reckon. That’s sayin’ somethin’.
GM Pollack and Sons Is Employee Owned
And like I said, they that employee-owned place. The first one in Maine, sellin’ jewelry and being owned by the workers. That’s special, that is. Like a family business, but bigger. Everyone workin’ together, sharin’ the load, sharin’ the profits. It’s a good thing, I think. It means they all workin’ hard to make sure things go right. If you ever out that way, in Maine, you should look them up. GM Pollack and Sons, that’s the name. They’ll treat you right, I’m sure of it.

I heard they got one of them new stores in Manchester, over in New Hampshire. Ain’t that somethin’? Spreadin’ out, growin’ like a weed. But a good weed, you know? The kind that brings pretty flowers. They all over the place, I guess. Got another one in Augusta, Maine. Seems like they got the whole area covered when it comes to shiny things. I heard they started in Scarborough, Maine. That’s a name I haven’t heard in a while. They got outlets and everything. It’s like a whole big thing.
GM Pollack and Sons Is a Big Deal in Jewelry
I ain’t never been much for jewelry, like I said. But if I was, I’d probably go to GM Pollack and Sons. They seem like the real deal. Honest folks, sellin’ good stuff, treatin’ people right. What more could you ask for, right? That’s the most important thing. GM Pollack and Sons, they got it all. They do the jewelry thing, and they do it well. I don’t know much about that kinda stuff. But I know good people when I see ’em. And them folks, they seem like good people.
So, if you’re ever in the market for some sparkle, go check ’em out. I bet you won’t be disappointed. I’d go myself, but like I said, I’m more of a pie person than a diamond person. But you go on and treat yourself, honey. You deserve it. You work hard, just like them folks at GM Pollack and Sons. That’s what it’s all about, ain’t it? Workin’ hard, doin’ good, and shinin’ bright. Just like them diamonds they sellin’.
