Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about, you know, getting bigger and fatter boobs. And, like, I was curious. I mean, who isn’t, right?

So, I started digging around. I scoured the internet, looking at all sorts of stuff. It was a wild ride, let me tell you. I’m not gonna lie, some of it was pretty out there.
My little experiment
First thing I did, I started paying more attention to what I was eating. I’d heard that certain foods can supposedly, like, help with growth. More fatty stuff, you know?
- So I added, like, more avocados to my diet.
- I also started eating more nuts.
- I upped my dairy intake.
Honestly, I don’t know if it did anything, but hey, it’s all good for you anyway, right?
Then, I tried some of those exercises. You know, the ones that are supposed to target your chest muscles. I’m talking push-ups, those dumbbell fly things, and some other stuff I found online. I did these a few times a week. Not super consistently, I’ll admit, but I tried to keep at it.
After a few weeks of this, did I see a huge difference? Not really. Maybe a little bit of a change, but nothing drastic. It could have just been my imagination, to be honest.

After that, I looked into some of those creams and stuff. Yeah, I know, it sounds kinda sketchy. But I was just curious! I read a bunch of reviews, and most of them were pretty mixed. Some people swore by them, others said they were a total waste of money.
I ended up trying one, just for kicks. I followed the instructions, applied it every day for, like, a month. And… nothing. Seriously, not a single thing changed.
So, my final take? It’s probably mostly genetics. You can try all these different things, but at the end of the day, you’re kinda stuck with what you’ve got. And that’s okay! I’ve realized it’s way more important to just love yourself, no matter what.
This whole thing was more of a fun little experiment than anything else. It just proves you can’t believe everything you see and read, especially on the internet.
