Alright, so I recently decided to give this whole “Love Wellness” thing by Lo Bosworth a try. You know, the one started by that lady from “The Hills.” I’d heard some buzz about it, and honestly, my body’s been feeling a little off lately. Figured it couldn’t hurt to see what all the fuss was about.

First off, I got my hands on Lo’s book, “Love Yourself Well.” I thought, “Okay, let’s get some background before I start popping pills.” It’s a pretty easy read, kind of like chatting with a friend who’s super into healthy living. She talks about how everything’s connected – your gut, your brain, even down there. Makes sense, I guess. Your body is one big system, right?
Then, I went straight to the website to check out the products. There’s a bunch of stuff, vitamins, probiotics, even stuff for your intimate health. They got these cool names and nice packaging, not gonna lie, it makes you feel like you’re doing something special for yourself.
I started with their “Good Girl Probiotics”. Why? Well, I’ll spare you the details, but let’s just say my gut hasn’t been my best friend lately. It wasn’t hard to get started, you can subscribe and get things delivered to your door. You know, one less thing to think about.
It took a few weeks, but I started to feel a difference. Less bloating, more regular, you know the drill. Plus, I had a bit more energy, which is always a win.
Subscription
Now they got a subscription thing. I signed up, ’cause it’s a few bucks cheaper, and you don’t have to remember to reorder. But, if you wanna bail, you can cancel anytime. I just went into my account settings on the website, and there’s a big “cancel” button. Or you can email them. I tested out the email option to cancel, but then I got back on it.

Keep Going
I’m not saying this stuff is magic, but it definitely helped me. It got me thinking more about what I put into my body and how I treat myself. It’s a whole lifestyle thing, and it’s not just about taking supplements. I’m making a few changes to my diet, and trying to move my body more, all those little things that add up. I found some recipes and exercise ideas in Lo’s book and I’m incorporating them slowly.
So, yeah, that’s my Love Wellness journey so far. It’s been a good few months, and I’m feeling better than I have in a while. If you’re looking for a little boost, or just wanna take better care of yourself, I’d say it’s worth checking out. It is not a miracle, but it did change a few things for me.
