  • Certifications: Apparently, the best way to know if a piece is legit is to check its certification. But who has those for old, iconic pieces? Not me, sadly.

I also found out something wild. Napoleon, one of 2Pac’s close friends, said that Pac was giving away his jewelry before he passed. He even said he got a ring and a chain himself! Imagine owning a piece like that.

In the end, I realized that telling real from fake when it comes to 2Pac’s rings is a real challenge. But it was a fun journey, diving into the history and the methods people use to authenticate jewelry.
