The other day, I was thinking about getting a new head cap, and it hit me that I haven’t bought one in a while. So, I decided to go with Under Armour, as I have heard some good things about their gear.
First, I opened up my laptop and did a bit of research on where to find them. Turns out, there is an Under Armour store not too far from where I live. Figured I might as well go check it out in person.
So, I hopped in my car and drove over to the store. When I got there, I was pretty impressed with the selection. They had all kinds of sportswear, shoes, and of course, head caps. I browsed through the different styles and materials. They have these cool ones made from synthetic microfibers which they call HeatGear and ColdGear.
- Tried on a few different ones to see how they fit.
- Checked out the colors and designs. They had some pretty sleek-looking ones.
- Asked one of the store assistants about the different technologies. He explained how some were designed for hot weather and others for cold, which I thought was neat.
After a bit of back and forth, I finally settled on a black HeatGear cap. It felt really light and breathable, which is exactly what I was looking for. The price was reasonable too, so that was a plus.
I took it to the counter, paid for it, and left the store feeling pretty satisfied with my purchase. Since then, I have worn it a few times during my workouts, and it is been great. Keeps the sweat out of my eyes and feels comfortable even when I am pushing hard.
All in all, it was a successful shopping trip.
I am glad I went with Under Armour. Their stuff is pretty legit. Next time I need some new workout gear, I will definitely consider them again. I wonder if they have any outlet stores nearby, might be worth checking out for some deals. Anyway, that is my little adventure of buying an Under Armour head cap.
